Welcome to Sound Transit’s property owner briefing scheduling tool for the Tacoma Dome Link Extension (TDLE)!
These briefings will provide you an opportunity to learn more about TDLE’s environmental review process, the current project status , and how to provide a public comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). Specific impacts to individual properties that could be affected by the project are not yet finalized. All property owner briefings will be held virtually as a video conference call.
Instructions
Select your property’s type (commercial or residential) and then select a date and time that fits your schedule for an online briefing with members of the TDLE project team. If you prefer, you do not need to turn on your camera; however, we will be sharing a presentation with you. Briefings may include multiple staff from Sound Transit representing different subject matter expertise and may last up to 60 minutes. Please tell us of any additional attendees you want us to include on the meeting invite.

- Project background
- Environmental review process
- Property acquisition and relocation overview
Once you’ve selected a briefing time slot, you will be directed to answer pre-briefing questions. The information you provide will only be used for property owner scheduling purposes. After you’ve completed signing up for a briefing, you’ll get an automatic confirmation to confirm your request was submitted. We’ll also follow-up to provide you briefing details like the meeting access link and other project materials .
You can cancel your meeting up to one week in advance of your meeting by following the instructions in the confirmation email. If you need to cancel your meeting less than one week in advance of your meeting, please call us at 206.398.5453 or email us at tdlink@soundtransit.org.
